Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Bitbolide. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Use of Service

Bitbolide provides a platform for educators to create dynamic assessments, and for students to complete them. You must be authorized by your institution or instructor to use the platform in connection with a course. You agree to use the service only for its intended educational purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Registration and Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bitbolide.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Academic Integrity

You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or post any assessment content, including questions and answers, outside of the intended course context. Attempting to bypass security or monitoring features of a secured assessment is strictly prohibited and may be reported to your institution.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through Bitbolide, excluding content you create or upload, are the property of Bitbolide Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the questions and assessments you create, and you grant Bitbolide a license to host and process that content in order to provide the service.

Payment and Fees

Certain features, including secured assessments, are billed based on usage as described on our Secured Assessment page. Fees are processed through a third-party payment provider and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Bitbolide is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitbolide Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@bitbolide.com.
